New Year 2062 Program

On the occasion of Nepalese New Year 2062, “Sumadhur Nepali Sanjh”, a musical event presented top artist from Nepal in front of hundreds of music fans in two major events in Sydney on 16 & 17th April 2005. The Nepalese artist Deepesh Kishor Bhattarai, Saroj Dutt, Narad Khatiwada, Nalina Chitrakar and Sugam Pokhrel with performers from Sydney, JPT band & singer Nabin Rana, entertained the massive crowd in the world-class live concert venue, Metro Theater at the heart of Sydney. Another event was organised in Lidcombe.

The Australian Tour 2005 with top artists from Nepal was a huge success and was attended by hundreds of Nepalese and others interested in Nepalese music. The artists also took their Australian tour 2005 all the way around Australia and performed in Brisbane and Melbourne as well.
